Job Role Overview

The Marketing Business Partner plays a key role in delivering marketing and brand strategy through initiatives, focusing on B2B and Visitor Economy sectors.

This role leads the team's marketing strategies, works closely with the Graphic Designer and Head of Digital, and provides support for campaigns and creative projects. It manages budgets, performance reporting, and acts as a primary contact for stakeholders to provide advice and coordination.

This role represents the organisation on joint marketing initiatives, ensuring activities align with best practice. The Marketing Business Partner contributes to continuous improvement by embedding customer-centric thinking across the team, developing clear briefs, monitoring delivery, and seeking opportunities to collaborate across the organisation.

* Manage marketing and communications strategies, budgets, and performance reporting.
* Act as a primary contact for stakeholders to provide advice and coordination.
* Represent the organisation on joint marketing initiatives with external partners, ensuring activities align with best practice.
* Lead and support campaigns and creative projects in line with organisational objectives.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by embedding customer-centric thinking, developing clear briefs, monitoring delivery, and seeking opportunities to collaborate across the organisation.


About You

To be successful, you will have:

* Substantial experience in managing customer-centric marketing strategies and initiatives across B2B and B2C channels.
* Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to deliver solutions in a complex environment.
* Strong data-driven thinking and analytical skills, with proficiency in digital technologies and up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing and measurement best practices.
* Understanding of best practice marketing and communication processes and ability to evaluate and advise on outcomes of marketing activities.
* Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver strategic and organisational outcomes.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, set deadlines, solve problems, and make effective recommendations and decisions.
