Your Role
You’ll lead small crews (1–2 team members) to deliver high-quality landscaping projects on time and to spec. Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating on-site works and liaising with clients, architects & stakeholders
- Installing plants, trees, irrigation, turf, retaining walls, paving, decking, and other hardscaping features
- Ensuring safety compliance (WH&S;) and accurate project documentation
- Training and guiding apprentices and less experienced staff
- Solving on-site challenges with practical, hands-on leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Landscape Leading Hand or similar supervisory role
- Expertise in both hardscape & softscape installation
- Cert III in Landscape Construction (preferred)
- White Card essential; MR/HR licence or LR & excavator ticket highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism
- Reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional outdoor spaces
Hours: Mon–Fri, 7am–3:30/4pm. Saturday work kept to a minimum.
Meet point: Most projects start directly on-site, with occasional visits to a central depot.
