Are you ready to be part of something bigger? We are a unit with a significant system role, working across government to take collective action against family violence and sexual violence.

We steward the family violence and sexual violence system and drive realisation of the cross-agency strategy—Te Aorerekura. We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whānau at the heart of everything we do.

Te Haeata/The Opportunity

Te Puna Aonui is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join the team. In this fast paced and varied role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to teams and managers across Te Puna Aonui.

As a Business Support Administrator at Te Puna Aonui, you will:


* support contract administration, reporting and records management
* provide financial responsibilities including processing invoices, support monthly financials, and manage purchase card processes
* assist with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including organising meetings, managing diaries, maintaining files, and making travel arrangements
* support recruitment processes, onboard new staff, and maintain team details
* build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to a positive team culture.

Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience

Where no two days will be the same, your highly organised approach and excellent attention to detail would be key to your success in this role. You'll be pleasant and friendly but also not afraid to speak up and push back when needed.

We would like to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
* previous experience in administrative support, including email and diary management and organising meetings
* understand the value of customer service to an organisation with demonstrated initiative and ability to problem solve
* excellent organisation skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* a flexible, can-do attitude and work well in a fast-paced team environment
* a high level of competence using MS Office Suite and SharePoint
* experience with finance processes, including coding, and tracking invoices, and managing purchase card and reimbursement processes is advantageous.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The appointing salary for this role will be between $55,343 and $74,416 based on skills and experience.
