Woods & Co have partnered with a growing, entrepreneurial food import and distribution business specialising in premium dry goods supplied to wholesalers, manufacturers, and retailers across Australia. We're excited to be sourcing an Operations Coordinator / PA to work closely with the founder and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations as the business enters its next phase of growth.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing orders end-to-end, coordinating with warehousing, freight forwarders and overseas suppliers, and supporting the financial and administrative functions of the business. This is a true "wear many hats" role, offering the opportunity to make it your own and grow alongside the business as it scales.

What do you do?
* Manage customer orders from start to finish, including system entry, stock allocation, and invoicing
* Liaise with the 3PL warehouse to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders
* Follow up freight forwarders and coordinate with overseas suppliers
* Assist with accounts support including bill payments and basic accounting tasks
* Support the implementation and data migration of a new ERP system
* Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and clients, maintaining strong relationships
* Provide general operational and administrative support to the founder as required
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the business as it scales
What do you need?
* Previous experience in an operations, coordination, administration or PA-style role
* Exposure to supply chain, logistics, warehousing or import/export environments (highly regarded)
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (ERP experience a bonus)
* Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with suppliers and clients
* Proactive mindset with initiative and a willingness to go above and beyond
