What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for our customers
* Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
* Maintain a clean, well‐stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)
* Well‐developed customer service skills with a "customer first" approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
