Duties will include: Managing bookings and greeting/seating customers Supervising and training new staff members Monitoring staff rosters and performance Monitoring food and beverage service standards Managing and ordering food and beverage stock Maintaining and implementing workplace health and safety procedures Monitoring customer feedback and handling customer complaints Organising and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant area Applicant Requirements: A relevant AQF Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification Applicants must have at least 1 year of full-time work experience in a similar role A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to create a positive experience for customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive "can-do" attitude and ability to contribute to a supportive team environment Willingness to learn and develop within the company, with an interest in future career progression opportunities Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high standard of professionalism Full or flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team A salary of $72,000 super will be offered to the successful candidate.
