About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring all Inbound Operations are managed accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands and business growth.
* Lead a team of receiving & putaway staff to achieve daily business requirements.
* Raise and address any issues with equipment, staffing or stock with the Operations Manager immediately to ensure excellent customer service levels.
* Plan and assign work to all team members.
* Communicate relevant information to other department managers about order status, special orders, discounts, trial products, and shipping errors.
* Improve operational efficiency.
* Ensure all paperwork and administrative requirements are adhered to with high levels of accuracy.
* Train employees in the value of adhering to company policies, procedures and standards, and strengthen their dedication to following these guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Experience in a similar role at Team Leader or Supervisor level in a fast-paced warehouse environment (ideally B2C or eCommerce/retail).
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and in cross-functional teams.
* The ability to keep your finger on the pulse by supervising your team over a large workspace, and always monitoring team performance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Safety focused with general knowledge of WHS policies and procedures.
* High attention to detail and confidence to execute decisions.
* A 'can do' attitude, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic.
You will be required to supervise our PM Inbound team which will require you onsite at Crestmead QLD 4132 between varying times from 10am - 8pm.
