Senior Consultant at Redpath Partners - Cost Management
We're partnering with a leading global cost consultancy that's seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their high-performing team in Sydney. This role will focus on major aviation and infrastructure projects, providing strategic commercial and contractual leadership from inception through delivery.
The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying or commercial management background and have solid experience working under NEC4 contracts. You'll play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the consultancy's aviation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cost and commercial management across major aviation and infrastructure projects
Provide expert advice on NEC4 contract administration and commercial strategy
Manage project financials, reporting, procurement, and risk management
Oversee and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, supporting business development initiatives
About You
Background in Quantity Surveying or commercial management (client or consultancy side)
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Previous aviation or infrastructure project experience is essential
Open to candidates based overseas — visa sponsorship is available for the right individual
