OverviewJoin to apply for the Account Manager role at Elgas Limited.
Location: Lytton (QLD), Australia.
req25088What You Will DoYou take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implementing and maintaining a structured call cycle and sales pipeline.Maintain a high level of customer-focused activity, including visiting key customers on-site; you do not primarily operate from an office.Deliver market-leading service and support to Elgas' high-value commercial customers in your region.Generate current business, identify, develop, and commercialize new customers for Elgas.Move customers through the sales process by selling Elgas' value, using negotiation and objection handling to achieve win/win outcomes for Elgas and the customer.Collaborate with local branch staff, sales teams, and industry stakeholders to build a supporting network.Maintain relevant data in our system and produce reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your region.What Makes You GreatDemonstrated sales experience from any industry – LPG experience is not required; full training is provided.Strong customer service orientation, motivation to achieve high daily activity, and a passion for sales.Enjoy being out of the office, proactive, self-starter with good time management; company vehicle and tools provided.Excellent verbal and written communication, strong personal presentation, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong time management.Aspiring to own your region's success, responsible for significant customer revenue, and motivated to close deals.Clean and valid driver's license is a must have.Why You Will Love Working With UsWe face challenges every day and grow by mastering them.
