Overview
The E-commerce Business Analyst is responsible for leading the company's e-commerce operations, including developing and implementing the overall digital strategy to drive sales and profitability. The role involves managing day-to-day operations on platforms like Amazon and Instacart, with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the overall digital strategy for e-commerce operations
* Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and Instacart platforms, focusing on sales and profitability goals
* Discover and explore new opportunities, tools, and ideas to drive sales and efficiency
* Work closely with marketing teams and agency partners to execute digital shelf management strategies
* Enhance performance on retailers' sites, ensuring compliance across categories
* Analyze category and product trends to develop executable strategies
* Support broader sales team in creating actionable retailer.com ecommerce growth plans
Qualifications:
* E-commerce marketplace management experience required
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management preferred
* National account retail sales experience for a CPG company preferred
* Customer Systems/Portal experience preferred
* Project management skills preferred
* Thorough knowledge of retail E-commerce activities, financials, and operations required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) highly preferred
* Advanced analytics and eCommerce software/platform experience highly preferred
