With our own tech team, strong online presence, and passionate people, we're growing fast - and we're looking for a motivated, and highly capable full-time Retail Floristry Operations Manager to join us.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where creativity meets operations. As our Retail Floristry Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our daily production: ensuring our team runs smoothly, quality stays high, and every bouquet that leaves our door makes someone's day.
You'll coach, motivate, and support a talented team of florists to do their best work, while improving workflows, maintaining quality standards, and bringing ideas to life.
While you'll be involved in hands-on floristry, full training and support will be provided if you're new to the floral side. What matters most is your leadership, organisation, and ability to bring out the best in your team.
You'll work closely with off-site leadership and our Floristry Trainer who will support you in efficient day-to-day management and achieving business goals.
What you'll do:
* Lead and mentor a creative team of florists — coaching, motivating, and supporting growth
* Oversee daily order production and ensure qualityh and KPIs are met
* Get hands-on and create beautiful, consistent bouquets in line with company standards.
* Plan rosters, manage workflows, and streamline production processes
* Support inventory management and big event planning (Mother's Day, Valentine's, Christmas)
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
What you'll bring:
* Floristry expertise (Cert III or 3+ years in fast-paced floristry) OR a strong desire and willingness to learn floristry
* Proven team leadership and training experience
* Strong communication and organisation skills — calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
* Confidence with tech (Google Workspace, iPads, rostering systems)
* A positive, can-do attitude and love of process improvement
Bonus points for:
* Experience in small to medium or start-up-style businesses
* Previous experience in staff training or operations in a creative environment
