Event Manager Role
This is a permanent, 4 day per week role based at our distillery in Healesville.
The Four Pillars Experience:
* We are looking for an event manager to organize and manage unique experiences such as gin making workshops, local dinners, distillery tours, large table bookings, and private tasting experiences.
* You will be responsible for managing the logistics of these events including venue selection, catering, audio visual equipment, staffing and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish.
2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
3. Budget Management: Manage budgets for each event to ensure they stay within set limits.
4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of event staff to ensure smooth operations and high quality service.
5. Compliance: Ensure all events meet relevant regulations and safety standards.
6. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in functions, event management and business development.
