We're currently recruiting Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs to join the team.

The Role
You'll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food during busy services while working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
* Run a section during service and support kitchen operations
* Assist with ordering, prep and stock control
* Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards
* Support training and mentoring junior chefs (Sous Chef level)
* Contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a busy pub, bistro or restaurant
* Ability to handle high-volume service with consistency
* Strong team mentality and work ethic
* Passion for good food and efficient kitchen operations
* A chef who enjoys being part of a fun, hardworking team
