* Salary AHP3 $108,347 - $116,216 p.a. (pro rata) + super + salary packaging
* Permanent - up to 30 hours per week

About the Role

Join a passionate, multidisciplinary team making a real difference in the lives of people recovering from brain injury. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you’ll lead innovative, person-centred rehabilitation across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

* Lead complex, goal-based speech pathology care plans
* Guide, mentor and support junior clinicians and assistants
* Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams
* Drive service improvement and patient-centred innovation
* Strengthen statewide networks and models of care

About You

You’re a dedicated, adaptable and collaborative clinician who’s passionate about helping people rebuild communication and independence after brain injury. You bring advanced clinical skill, curiosity, and a drive to lead excellence in care and innovation.

* Recognised degree and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia
* Proven skill supporting adults with acquired brain injury
* Confident communicator who leads, mentors and collaborates
* Skilled in evidence-based, goal-driven rehabilitation practice
* Committed to continuous learning and service improvement
