- Lay bricks, pre-cut stone, concrete blocks, and other types of building blocks in mortar to construct and repair walls, foundations, patios, arches, and other structures
- Read and interpret architectural plans to determine the layout of the structure being built
- Measure and cut materials to ensure they fit properly and meet project specifications
- Use various hand and power tools to cut, align, and set bricks and blocks in place
- Ensure that work meets quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project progress
Essential Qualifications:
- Recent full time experience in this line of work (presently employed)
- Demonstrated experience as a Bricklayer
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bricklayer
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $74,000 – $85,000
