We are seeking a results-driven leader to manage our retail store and lead a team of sales associates.
About the Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing staff, implementing visual merchandising initiatives, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage store inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences

* Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise

Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
