The Role
We're looking for a Meta Ads + Creative Strategy specialist who can both manage ad accounts and drive creative direction—and who's comfortable running client calls when needed.
This is for someone who doesn't just "run ads", but understands how to link:
What You'll Do
* Manage and optimise Meta ad accounts for e-commerce brands (setup, testing, scaling, reporting)
* Lead creative strategy (hooks, angles, offers, formats, iteration plan)
* Build and maintain a clear testing roadmap (what we're testing, why, what success looks like)
* Work with designers/editors to brief creatives properly and drive output
* Provide strategic input across growth (funnel thinking, landing page observations, merchandising/offer guidance)
* Join client-facing calls (updates, performance reviews, direction-setting)
What We're Looking For
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads for e-commerce
* Proven ability to scale campaigns and manage budgets responsibly
* Excellent understanding of direct-response creative (UGC, statics, founder ads, testimonials, advertorial styles, etc.)
* Comfortable communicating performance clearly to clients (calm, confident, commercial)
* Organised and proactive—can own accounts without being chased
Bonus Points (Not Required)
* Experience working inside an agency and handling multiple accounts
* Strong copy instincts (hooks, first lines, ad angles)
