Are you passionate about financial services and looking to make a real impact in a collaborative team? We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting brokers, delivering outstanding client service, and ensuring smooth loan application processes.
What You'll Do
* Analyse client financials and research lending products to help develop tailored loan recommendations.
* Prepare and manage loan application submissions, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
* Draft client-facing reports and presentations, and support ongoing client communications.
* Maintain data integrity in internal systems and coordinate workflow to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Assist with client engagement initiatives, schedule reviews, and prepare supporting reports.
* Support training activities and ensure accurate collection of client information.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in finance, lending, or administrative support (ideally in a brokerage or financial services environment)
* Experience as Broker Support, Loan Processor, or Financial Administrator is highly regarded
* Strong financial analysis, research, and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mortgage broking software (e.g., Broker Engine, Quickli, Xplan)
* Familiarity with compliance and financial regulations
