The Role - GTM Specialist/Account Executive

You’ll bridge legal expertise and commercial firepower, giving voice to the compliance pain our prospects feel every day. Acting as advisor, educator and trusted partner, you’ll spearhead Australian expansion, leveraging your legal background to build instant credibility with teams that have been burned by tech that “doesn’t get” their world.

What You’ll Own

* Drive revenue growth across Australia.
* Prospect engagement & qualification - connect with legal, compliance and marketing leaders, earning trust fast.
* Solution consultation - demo and map AI magic to real-world workflows.
* Pipeline development - build and nurture a robust funnel via outreach, referrals and networking.
* Relationship building - become the long-term trusted advisor, not “just another vendor”.
* Industry expertise - stay sharp on Australian regs and legal-tech trends.
* Sales-enablement collaboration - partner with Marketing to craft case studies & thought leadership.
* Autonomous GTM execution - loop tight with Product, Engineering & CS; track pipeline in the CRM; fly the Haast flag at conferences and meet-ups.

What we’re looking for:

* Natural relationship builder - someone who builds quick rapport with senior stakeholders and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You’re curious, credible, and bring energy into every conversation.
* Commercial drive - proven track record of exceeding sales targets, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
* Industry fluency - solid understanding of Australia’s regulated industries (finance, insurance, telco, healthcare) and how they tick.
* Clear communicator - you can take complex concepts and distill them into sharp, business-relevant messaging.
* Start-up mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and excited to help shape new processes in a high-growth environment.
* Tech-curious - a genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how compliance and legal teams work.

Nice to have, but not essential:

* Experience working in or selling to legal, risk, or compliance teams - either from a legal, SaaS, or high-growth B2B background.
* Exposure to regulated environments or previous experience in corporate law, compliance, or enterprise in-house teams.
* Time spent in a scale-up or startup where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and move fast.
