* Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
* Conduct assessment and case management services across various client portfolios.
* Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills.
* Develop leadership skills through mentorship, team development, and training.
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
About You
* You hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology (with relevant professional membership).
* You have minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.
* You possess current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
* You demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* You exhibit strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* You embody honesty, integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
* You show genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
