Hospitality - Home Care and Community Cleaner
Due to growth within our community division, ACHGroup currently have multiple casual vacancies available for cleaners across the greater Adelaide region.

The role:
Provide top‑notch home care domestic services, ensuring our clients' living spaces are clean and comfortable. You will work independently and as part of a team to support the well‑being of customers.
What you'll do:
* Work independently and as a part of a team to support the well‑being of customers.
* Conduct a variety of domestic tasks.
* Travel between customers' homes and attend site‑based training.
* Assist customers to live a good life.
Good news:
You will be reimbursed for the kilometres travelled as per the SCHCADS Award rate, plus you will be paid for the time you travel between customers after your first clean, until your last
On your first day you will receive practical training with colleagues. Your Team Leader will then support you in learning the tools you require to perform your role, such as the mobile phone you will be issued. You will also be given buddy shifts with an experienced Community Cleaner. From there, your Team Leader and other supporting areas such as the Scheduling Team and Customer Service Team are only a phone call away to assist your success in the role.
About You
You have extensive customer service experience, present a positive attitude, take pride in your work and results, and have a genuine caring nature with a heartfelt desire to assist our customers to live a good life.
* Fluency in English, including written & verbal communication skills.
* A passion for supporting choice and independence.
* High level customer‑service experience.
* Availability between Monday to Friday.
* Ability to operate a smart phone.
* Share the ACHGroup culture and values.
You will need:
* Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* A Police Check for working in Aged Care as a Cleaner less than 12 months old upon commencement.
