You are an experienced agency recruitment professional with a solid understanding of blue-collar labour hire. You are confident managing client relationships, coordinating external workforces, and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner.
You are comfortable using recruitment technology, following structured processes, and taking ownership of outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management and based in Sydney, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of key blue-collar labour-hire clients
* Proactively maintaining client relationships through regular contact and reviews
* Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a contingent workforce
* Coordinating daily workforce requirements, coverage, and rostering
* Handling client queries relating to rates, Awards/EBA's, safety, payroll, and compliance
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery
* Cross-selling additional services where appropriate
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Previous agency-based Recruitment Consultant or Account Management experience (blue-collar essential)
* Strong understanding of industrial labour-hire environments
* Proven client relationship management skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities
* Experience using recruitment systems such as FastTrack, Smart AI, and Broadbean
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
