Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven leader to own and scale our Amazon and marketplace channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Amazon and marketplace growth strategy, aligned with our commercial objectives.
* Develop and execute the Amazon and marketplace growth strategy, aligned with ZEN's commercial objectives.
* Build annual and quarterly channel plans, sales targets, and promotional calendars.
* Identify new category, product, and market opportunities.
* Partner with brand, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless digital readiness for product launches.
* Manage the P&L for Amazon and other marketplaces.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning.
* Optimise traffic, conversion, and ASIN performance using data insights.
* Monitor competitor activity and platform algorithm changes.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and logistics teams to leverage creative and data-driven strategies to deliver best-in-class marketplace execution. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our supply chain teams on forecasting, fulfilment, and stock availability.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience managing Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central) and marketplaces.
* Proven commercial track record of driving growth and profitability.
* Strong analytical skills, with confidence in sales forecasting and reporting.
* Proficient in Amazon tools (Helium10, Brand Analytics, Ads Manager).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
