Role Description
This is a full‐time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in Richmond Melbourne, VIC. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, designers, developers, and Project Marketers to expand the company's trade client base and project pipeline. Responsibilities include managing the end‐to‐end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, collaborating with showroom teams and interior designers to develop tailored solutions, and representing the brand at client meetings, design presentations, and industry events. The Business Development Manager will also initiate and host trade events in our Melbourne showroom. Our BDM will monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for growth and service improvement.
