Join our Northern Region Division as a Service Manager
Star Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Northern Region service and minor works operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safe, high‑quality, and successful delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance projects.
You'll oversee a skilled team, work closely with clients and suppliers, and ensure our service division continues to deliver the reliability and professionalism for which Star Group is known.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage service delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance works.
* Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to ensure efficient service operations
* Drive team performance, productivity, and continuous improvement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Prepare accurate costing, quotes, and tender responses
* Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards
* Oversee budgets, labour allocation, and service delivery outcomes
What You'll Bring
* Electrical trade qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in electrical service delivery and minor works
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
* Strong commercial and technical acumen
* Experience with simPRO or similar service management systems
* Full, unrestricted driver's licence
