Job Title: Payroll Administrator
This is a long-term career opportunity at a family-oriented organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all payroll-related tasks, including maintaining accuracy in financial accounts, reporting across various facets of the business, and controlling cash flow. They will also handle records of staff information, workers compensation returns, superannuation, PAYG Tax, and staff leave management.
Proficiency in financial software is essential, but training can be provided to the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced skills in spreadsheet software, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
* Maintaining 100% accurate financial records
* Reporting across multiple facets of the organization
* Receipting funds
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing of invoices
* Invoicing debtors
* Credit card reconciliations
* Control of prepayments & accruals
* Cashflow control
* BAS returns
* Records of all staff information
* Workers compensation returns
* Superannuation
* PAYG Tax
* Staff leave management
