About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step as a Team Leader. This is a 50/50 split position, combining clinical work with leadership responsibilities. This is deal for someone who thrives on supporting others while continuing to make a hands‐on impact with clients.
You'll play a key role in mentoring and guiding early-career clinicians, fostering professional growth and clinical excellence across the team. Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Current SPA membership and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* Strong clinical experience across a variety of client presentations
* Passion for mentoring and developing others
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and client‐centred care
