**About the role**
GrainCorp are seeking a Maintenance Administrator, for a permanent position based at either our Geelong or Portland offices. The role will provide administrative support for the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team. The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Assisting with the administration for the stores warehouse
- Assisting with purchasing and creating purchase orders
- Tracking invoices and working with the internal AP team to ensure vendors are paid as per terms
- Maintain and monitor the SAP system supporting maintenance
- Assisting the team to compile maintenance reports
- Administrative project work as required
- Coordinating training for staff
**About your experience**
- Intermediate - advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Experience creating purchase orders
- Data entry skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
