Senior Leader of Student Wellbeing
The Senior Leader of Student Wellbeing will lead the development and implementation of student wellbeing strategies, working collaboratively with site leadership teams, teachers, and educational assistants.
This critical role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to provide operational line management and practice leadership to youth workers and young people.
* Strong understanding of and commitment to Catholic educational values is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the youth work/social services/health profession is required.
* Previous experience in wellbeing programs is desirable.
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, and/or related health sciences are essential.
* Post-graduate mental health qualifications are highly desirable.
* Experience in working with young people disenfranchised from mainstream education is vital.
The successful candidate will require a Working with Children Check and Teacher Registration (if applicable).
