Yours will be in an important role in projects that pull carbon from the atmosphere, foster biodiversity, and protect ecosytems. The Opportunity As a Project Performance Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a project's lifecycle. From shaping its initial design to managing ongoing reporting and engaging with key stakeholders, you'll ensure long-term success and compliance of a diverse portfolio of projects. This isn't just a strategic role. It's hands-on, requiring you to navigate complex challenges working with landholders, auditors and regulators to achieve success Key Skills/Experience : We're open to folks who are earlier in their career, or seasoned veterans. What's important is that you can show previous experience in a project management role, and a background in agriculture, carbon sequestration or environmental science. You'll also need experience in: Managing a portfolio of complex projects, ideally in agriculture, environment, or natural capital. Stakeholder engagements, ideally with landholders, auditors, and/or regulators. Experience in project design and delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
