We’re currently looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Rockingham, WA.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
- Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice.
- Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards.
