JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our fantastic F&B A La Carte Dinner team at the Citrique Seafood Restaurant on a part time basis
About The Role
You’re a food and beverage enthusiast who really enjoys making others feel at home. Critical responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests
* Warmly welcome & serve our guests
* Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience
* Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
* Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
* Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
* Use of POS system
* Ensuring all service areas are immaculate
* Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling
* Promoting safety and support WHS practices
Successful Candidates will have:
* Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
* Has a positive, can-do attitude
* Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
* Barista skills advantageous
* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Availability from Monday to Thursday
