About the Role
HPS is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Lakeside in Joondalup. This permanent, full‑time position has arisen due to the expansion of Joondalup Health Campus, one of Western Australia's largest hospitals. Joondalup Health Campus is a public and private major tertiary hospital serving Perth's northern suburbs, offering advanced medical, surgical, and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense and review medications in accordance with hospital protocols.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.
* Provide clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals.
* Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
About You
* Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
