* Holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent)
* Is reliable, proactive and professional — you do what you say you'll do
* Cares deeply about client outcomes and building long-term relationships
* Is excited to grow beyond "just hands-on" — ready to assess, communicate clearly, and refer when appropriate
* Wants to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team
* Values their role and the impact they have on the body — and isn't afraid to recommend follow-up visits to maximise results
* Sees this as a long-term role with purpose and support
