Care Manager Role
We seek a seasoned Care Manager to lead our clinical team in delivering person-centred care. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with residents, families, and caregivers to provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily clinical operations and guide the care home clinical team
* Coach and mentor staff to enhance their performance
* Review incidents, complaints, and changes to ensure compliance
* Lead assessments and evaluations for residents' care plans
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Nursing degree, current registration with AHPRA, and post-graduate qualification in aged care. Proven experience in delivering quality clinical care in an aged care or acute setting is essential.
