Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team in a key administrative support role.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Fully manage office duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning services.
* Coordinate bookings for freight via phone and email communication channels.
* Process payroll, accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy.
* Manage fuel data and records efficiently.
* Perform general office duties to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and a friendly approach.
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
* Showcase ability to multitask and remain highly organised in fast-paced environments.
* Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
* Proficiency in MYOB, Excel, and Word is highly beneficial for this role.
