This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless administration of our operations, reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Manager within our Integrated and Managed Services business unit. As a key member of our team, you will apply your exceptional accounts and quality administration skills to drive our business forward.
* Providing top-notch administration support to ensure the smooth running of tasks
* Utilizing waste tracking systems, Excel and Access databases to streamline processes
* Processing and verifying subcontractor invoices with ease
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet individual client requirements
* Ensuring month-end processing, reporting, and data integrity
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess excellent administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with databases. You must also be able to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain accurate records.
