Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual brand plans to drive business growth in the Autocare category.
* Champion and communicate marketing cycle plans to local sales teams, enabling them to win at retail through insightful category and shopper strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or above in Business, Marketing or a related field, with 3+ years of solid brand management experience in consumer goods.
Responsibilities include:
* Contribute to strategy development and build annual brand plans for the Autocare Category to meet business objectives.
* Manage activation of consumer and shopper communication, as well as new product launches, ensuring alignment with global direction.
* Ensure brand pricing, sales, and margin targets are agreed and met.
* Manage A&P budgets within agreed limits.
* Lead ATL and BTL Media Buying processes in line with global direction.
Preferred skills and qualifications include leading annual brand and marketing plan development, media planning, and agency management.
