HRIS Payroll Administrator (Success Factors experience required)
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Payroll Administrator to join us on a temp to potential perm basis to support a key project. This role will be hands‐on in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors environment during an important transition period. There is also scope for this role to become a Team‐Leader in the future! The role will be based in North Ryde, offering free‐parking on site, close to metro and flexible‐hybrid working arrangements!

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support across SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Manage and maintain Org Chart / Position Management
* Support SuccessFactors Onboarding processes
* Assist with internal user queries and system‐related issues
* Perform data cleansing and system accuracy checks
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors + strong knowledge of Employee Central
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
