ABOUT THE ROLES
These are hands-on leadership roles, where you’ll be working alongside your team to deliver a high standard of service while driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading and supporting day-to-day operations
* Driving customer experience and team culture
* Stock control, ordering and stocktakes
* Maintaining presentation and operational standards
* Supporting revenue growth and sales performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for people who are:
* Experienced in hospitality, retail or bottleshop operations
* Confident leaders with a strong work ethic
* Passionate about customer service and building relationship
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Essential:
* RSA
* Current driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
Highly regarded:
* Experience with stock systems (e.g. Finchcorp IControl)
* Strong product knowledge (especially wine, beer & spirits)
