Senior Distribution Supervisor
A Senior Distribution Supervisor to be based at our distribution centre in Truganina and help accelerate the adoption and deployment of our new Spine systems across South Australia, Western Australia, Victoria and Current Zealand.
Responsibilities
* Oversee a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
* Follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
* Receive incoming materials or prepare materials for shipment.
* Process finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
* Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; log receipt of items on system, process freight bills, packing sheets and other documents; report materials shipped and bills of lading; post weight and shipping charges and route merchandise to destinations.
* Maintain operational staff, KPI and budget for each in‐scope site.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Degree plus five years relevant experience with the medical devices industry.
* Demonstrated people‐leadership experience.
* Customer focused: Understands and delivers excellent customer service.
* Ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists and peers.
* Ability to work in a highly regulated setting and adhere to compliance and OHS standards.
* Valid driver's licence and own transport, and willingness to travel as required for work.
Physical Job Requirements
