Job Description:
As the Hospitality & Commercial Equipment Division's – Sales & Coordinator Support, you will work closely with the divisional manager, sales representatives and coordinators. You will provide administrative/support functions for team members, be responsible and assist with quoting/sales/coordination of the division. You will also assist in developing and maintaining an effective internal colleagues/client relationship management system, ensuring colleague/customer satisfaction/loyalty. You will be involved in supporting all aspects of the divisions' customer service, quoting/estimating, order fulfilment, sales functions. You will be a vital part of the division and work as part of the team.
About The Role:
* Assist in preparing quotes, winning orders, and ensuring the orders are correct
* Assist in estimating, equipment sales, projects, and tenders for the division
* Assist with confirming, securing pricing and quotes from suppliers
* Monitor active/open quotes and follow up as needed
* Assist with the preparation of quotes via Simpro and collating spec sheets for proposals and product information
* Communicate via telephone and email with divisional manager, operations manager, sales reps, customers, and suppliers
* Communicate internally with other divisions and staff
* Provide coordination support and assistance when required
* Assist with sales support, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
* Assist customers and team with collating product information and technical advice
* Attend team meetings keep notes/minutes
* Provide after-sales support to clients when needed and escalate to relevant division staff when required
Skills and Qualifications:
* Organisational - organise/prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail
* Communication - demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Customer Service - experienced in providing high-level service
* Relationship Building - ability to work well with other employees, customers, and vendors
* Problem Solving - handle multiple duties simultaneously and exhibit initiative
