Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
Monitor sales results and implement strategies to achieve store targets
Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively resolve customer enquiries
Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and operational standards
Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
Prepare financial reports and liaise with the Sales Manager/Director regarding business performance
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or at least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, sales-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
Hands‑on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and retail operations
Strong skills in visual merchandising and reporting
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
