Robot Building Supplies is a proudly family-owned Australian business with decades of experience supplying quality building products across wholesale, retail, and trade markets.
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join us in our Dromana store.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive great service whether they visit us in-store, call, or place orders online. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Assisting customers with product enquiries, orders, and quotes via the counter, phone, email, and website
* Liaising with internal team members including other branches and sales reps
* Processing incoming goods and handling transfers and dispatches
* Maintaining stock levels and monitoring inventory
* Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash
* General sales support duties
* Availability to work alternate Saturday mornings (8:00 am – 12:30 pm) and occasional overtime

* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable and proactive approach to customer service
* Confidence using computers and sales systems
* Previous experience in a similar retail or trade environment preferred.
