Who We're Looking For
We're assembling a team of eager cooks, chefs and kitchen hands experienced in Thai cuisine to join our dynamic team.
We're seeking talented back-of-house professionals who:

* Bring the discipline, energy, and resilience needed for a fast paced casual dining environment.
Available Positions
* Wok Chef.
* Cooks.
Remuneration will be based on position applied for and qualifications / experience. Cooks and chefs must have minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Thai (or similar Asian) cuisine. Formal culinary qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients and creating visually appealing, delicious dishes, excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, and must have the right to work in Australia.
Current Food Handling certificate or willingness to obtain one, and must be available to work weekends.
