 
        
        OverviewOsborne Park Kia, LDV and MG are seeking a meticulous and organised individual to join our team as a Stock Controller.TheStock Controller role is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the efficient organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer vehicles.The RoleProcess new, used and wholesale vehicles including checking paperwork, attaching stock numbers, maintaining new car books and pre-stocking new vehiclesProcess vehicle transactions, ensuring settlement details are complete and accuratePrepare purchase and repair ordersSourcing & co-ordination of inter-dealer stock swapsCo-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportationLiaise with vehicle manufacturers and other departmentsRelationship building between manufacturers and various other dealership branchesYOUExceptional organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detailConscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacyFlexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Previous dealership experience preferred but not essential.
