About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and developing veterinary client relationships across the Australian market. You will focus on growing market share, strengthening customer loyalty, and promoting Knight Benedikt's innovative portfolio through consultative, relationship-driven engagement. Key Responsibilities
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with veterinary clinics by leveraging your clinical knowledge and understanding of surgical workflows
* Act as a technical partner to customers, supporting product selection and usage across orthopaedics, instrumentation, equipment, and consumables
* Identify opportunities to support clinics more effectively through solution-based recommendations rather than transactional sales
* Introduce new products and innovations that enhance patient outcomes and surgical efficiency
* Support and attend education workshops, conferences, and training events, engaging with clinicians in a peer-to-peer environment
* Follow up clinical discussions with pricing support, quotations, and product information
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and education
* Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to reporting on customer engagement and growth
About You
Essential
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, or BVetTech qualification
* Experience within the veterinary industry and/or a strong customer service background
* Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
* Ability to learn and work within CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a relationship-focused mindset
* Willingness to travel regularly, including approximately 35% interstate travel
* Ability to work some weekends as required for events and education
Desirable
* Sales, marketing, or CRM experience within the veterinary or medical sectors
* Familiarity with surgical equipment and orthopaedic technologies
* Proven success in inbound and outbound sales and customer retention
