Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise multiple contractor teams in high-pressure underground civil works scenarios
* Mobilize and manage project sites from inception to completion
* Interpret complex plans and scopes of work, identifying and communicating deviations
* Rapidly escalate onsite risks and issues to project managers and key stakeholders
