About The Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’re the heart and soul of daily operations. You’ll energise the team, keep operations running smoothly, and create cheeky, authentic customer experiences that reflect the Mad Mex mission and values.

You’re bold, cheeky, and love leading a team to success. You bring energy that matches our vibrant vibe and have a proven track record of building motivated teams and delivering memorable customer experiences. Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is valued, but your passion counts most.
Responsibilities 
- Lead and energise the team to deliver high-quality guest experiences consistent with Mad Mex standards.
- Manage daily operations, ensure smooth shifts, and uphold brand values.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to drive performance, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, safety-conscious, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications 
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
- Flexibility to work rosters that suit the business needs.
