Reporting into the General Manager Taxation, this Senior Tax Manager role is a key member of the corporate tax team, for a leading commercial real estate group.
With a significant and consistent pipeline of transactions, you'll provide strategic and technical taxation advice to the capital transactions team on both direct and indirect taxation matters, surrounding acquisitions, disposals, development projects, debt transactions etc.
You will also contribute to tax strategy, policy development, risk management and continuous improvement, whilst overseeing the delivery of tax compliance & reporting obligations.
You're a CA/CPA/CTA qualified senior corporate tax professional, with a strong technical grounding and extensive experience in real estate (in-house or Big 4), advisory and transactions.
